To install or reinstall Quicken:

Installing and reinstalling Quicken both follow the same process:

1. Insert the Quicken CD into your CD drive.  Installation should start automatically.
What if the CD installation does not start automatically?
Start the CD manually:


a. Close all open applications.
b. press window key or R same time (open file explorer)


c. In the File Explorer, click This PC then double-click the DVD/CD Drive (in Windows 7, double-click the DVD/CD Drive in the My Computer folder).


d. Click OK, and then follow the on image.

2. The first window you'll see says Welcome! We'll guide you through the setup of Quicken 2017. Click "Let's go" to continue.


3.The next step is to accept the license agreement.  If you accept, check I agree to the terms... then click Next.
4.The default location where Quicken will be installed is the destination folder.  This is located on your local hard drive.  Click "Install" to continue.
5.The next few windows you'll see will show your progress installing Quicken and will install updates, if available. yo can wait 
6. When complete, you'll see Installation Complete  Quicken will open when you click Done.  If you're not ready to open Quicken yet, just unchecked the box below you can use  use Quicken now.
7. Once Quicken is open, sign in with your Email or Intuit ID and password. Then complete the registration (tell us about information yourself). Quicken will automatically open your most recent data file or you can open a new file.

Click Run.
Click Yes to begin installation.

Go to the install pop-up in the browser.

Click Run (in Internet Explorer), Setup (in Chrome), or Save File (in Firefox).

You will see a We're getting things ready...

The Office applications are installation.



Please be patient, the installation process will take a while.

after that Office Installation is complete. Click Close 

open Microsoft office to accept the Microsoft License Agreement.
Click Accept.

Today, i am  going to take on an easier, but an essential part of Outlook 2016, which requires you to set up your Gmail or one of Microsoft’s broad array of accounts, from @Outlook, @Live, or even @Hotmail accounts, too. We’ll also take a look at how to set up your Gmail with Two-Factor Authentication enabled

Set Up Gmail in Outlook 2016

Adding your email account is relatively easy, as it has been in recent versions of Microsoft Office. For most free accounts like Yahoo or Gmail, you just need to enter your name, email address, and password. Outlook will automatically configure most of the accounts, except in rare instances where you’ll need to configure the settings manually.

Click on the File tab on the Ribbon and then select Add Account.

Enter your name, email address, and password twice and click Next.

Then wait while your account credentials are verified. You might need to type in your password for a second time, if so, just make sure to check the box for it to remember your credentials.



Google Accounts with Two-Factor Authentication

If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled with your Google account, which we highly recommend that you do, you’ll need to create an app-specific password to add your account and enter it instead of your regular mail password.

To create an app-specific password, go to Google App Passwords and log in if you aren’t already. Then from the drop-down menus select Mails > Windows Computer and then click Generate.

 Back in Outlook, type in the generated character pass code and definitely make sure to check the option to save it to your password list.
